Naked Personal Training is a great way to get an awesome workout with a trainer who gives you individual attention. But why not share the experience?
Small group sessions are limited to a maximum of 3 guys. Remember that the space we train in is small (in my home gym) so it will be VERY cosy! Some of the exercises you will need to take turns, and you may also be required to help each other out with posture and spotting so some body contact will be inevitable.
This session is aimed at guys with a reasonable fitness level and gym experience.
