This is the Itinerary for our Fitness and Yoga week in Gran Canaria. This page will be updated daily if we have to make changes to the itinerary for any reason. The Itinerary could change depending on the group size and weather conditions.

All group classes and activities are free to all guys booked on the NKD Holiday. Classes marked with an asterisk (*) are also open to other Villas Blancas guests for a fee of €15 (or £13.50).

Saturday 3rd June

9pm – Welcome Cocktails and Group Dinner

11pm – Breathe & Connect Partner Yoga Class

A gentle partner class to tune into the breath and explore simple connecting touch.

Sunday 4th June

8am – Morning Meditation + Wake-up Light Cardio*

Gentle group exercise to mobilise your joints, energise your body and wake your mind

9am – Breakfast

10am – Balancing Beach Yoga*

Working on sand is great for engaging with balance. Standing sequence flow.

10am – Circuits in the Sand*

Fun and energetic circuit training for all fitness levels

11.30am – Local Walk (Shops etc)

2pm – Naked Dunes Hike*

A gentle guided walk through the famous Maspalomas Dunes

4.30pm – Move & Flow Partner Class*

A more rigorous partner class to engage the muscles to really feel the stretch while working together.

5.30pm – Introduction to Boxercise

Learn the basics of boxing techniques and posture

6.30pm – Jacuzzi Party

8.30pm – Dinner

11pm – Midnight Massage

Partner massage workshop. Learn how to give and receive a relaxing massage.

Monday 5th June

8am – Sunrise Yoga (Beginners)*

Early morning class especially for beginners to wake up the body and start linking breath and movement in some simple yoga poses.

8am – Jog to the Beach & Skinny Dip

9am – Breakfast

10am – Beach Boxercise*

A stress-busting workout for all fitness levels

12pm – Picnic on the Beach

3pm – Nutrition Workshop

4.30pm – Hot Naked Muscle*

Resistance training class for Muscular Strength and Endurance

5.30pm – Warrior Flow Yoga*

A more advanced class plugging into the 3 Warrior Poses of yoga and working on core strength especially.

6.30pm – Swim & Sauna

8.30pm – Dinner

11pm – Breath & Meditation*

A session exploring different pranayama (breath) techniques before undertaking meditation exercises.

Tuesday 6th June

8am – Walk to the Beach, Skinny Dip & Naked Stretch*

8am – Breathe & Connect Partner Yoga Class*

A gentle partner class to tune into the breath and explore simple connecting touch.

9am – Breakfast

10am – Naked Beach Bootcamp*

Bootcamp style beach workout – no clothes required!

10am – Warrior Flow Yoga*

A more advanced class plugging into the 3 Warrior Poses of yoga and working on core strength especially.

2pm – Yumbo Yumbo

Shopping excursion to the Yumbo Centre

4.30pm – Move & Flow Partner Class*

A more rigorous partner class to engage the muscles to really feel the stretch while working together.

5.30pm – Boxercise*

A stress-busting workout for all fitness levels

6.30pm – Jacuzzi Party

8.30pm – Dinner

11pm – Art of Touch Workshop

Learn the power of touch, and find your most sensitive zones

Wednesday 7th June

8am – Morning Meditation + Wake-up Light Cardio*

10am – Huge & Hard*

Resistance Training designed to build huge solid muscle

12pm – Picnic on the Beach

3pm – Posture Workshop

4.30pm – Abs & Ass*

A class designed to burn fat, work your glutes & tone your abs for a perfect six-pack

5.30pm – Warrior Flow Yoga*

A more advanced class plugging into the 3 Warrior Poses of yoga and working on core strength especially.

6.30pm – Pool/Sauna Party

8.30pm – Dinner

11pm – Restorative Yoga*

Only doing a few gentle positions to allow the body to integrate the activities of the day, this class really allows the body to relax.

Thursday 8th June

8am – Sunrise Yoga*

Private PT, Yoga and Massage available*

*All guests at Villas Blancas are welcome to join these Fitness or Yoga sessions, or take advantage of a private Training, Yoga or Massage session.
Group sessions are €15 (£13.50) each, and private Fitness or Yoga sessions are €60 (£54).
