This is the Itinerary for our Fitness and Yoga week in Gran Canaria. This page will be updated daily if we have to make changes to the itinerary for any reason. The Itinerary could change depending on the group size and weather conditions.
All group classes and activities are free to all guys booked on the NKD Holiday.
Monday 4th June
8.30pm – Welcome Drinks and Group Dinner
11pm – Strip and Bare-all
Some ice breaker games so we can all get a bit more acquainted!
Tuesday 5th June
7.45am – Balancing Beach Yoga & Exercise
Working on sand is great for engaging with balance. Standing sequence flow. Followed by light group exercise. Transport to the beach will be provided
9.45am – Breakfast
11am – Move and Flow Partner Yoga
A more rigorous partner class to engage the muscles to really feel the stretch while working together
2.30pm – Stretch Workshop
Workshop in small groups to learn different aspects of stretching
5pm – Introduction to Kettlebells
Learn perfect technique for a variety of kettlebell exercises for strength and cardio
5.30pm – Kettlebell Circuit Training
An invigorating Circuit Class using body weight and kettlebells
6.30pm – Relax in the Jacuzzi
8.30pm – Dinner
11pm – Restorative Yoga
Only doing a few gentle positions to allow the body to integrate the activities of the day, this class really allows the body to relax.
Wednesday 6th June
8.30am – Sunrise Yoga
Early morning class to wake up the body and start linking breath and movement in some simple yoga poses

8.30am – Running Workshop
Learn good running technique whatever your fitness level. Shorts and trainers required.
9.30am – Breakfast
10.30am – HIIT Class (High Intensity Intervals)
An Energetic stress-busting workout for all fitness levels
2pm – Chakra Workshop
An introduction to the energy centres (chakras) of the body with a mini yoga flow, tapping into each and linking them together
3.30pm – Tan & Tone
Poolside Ab exercises in the sun, with dips into the pool to keep you cool
5pm – Breathe & Connect Partner Yoga Class
A gentle partner class to tune into the breath and explore simple connecting touch
6.30pm – Inversion Workshop
Learn Yogic Inversion Techniques, and turn your world upside down
8pm – Dinner
11pm – Breaking Barriers
Now we know each other better it’s time to break down the barriers with Naked Twister and our Naked Card Game, “Fact or Fantasy”
Thursday 7th June
7.30am – Circuits in the Sand
Naked Circuit Training on the Beach
or
8am – Morning Meditation
Energise your body and wake your mind
9am – Breakfast
10am – 70’s style Aerobics
Wear you lycra and sweatbands for our Aerobics (or wear nothing at all)
10.40am – Warrior Flow Yoga
A more advanced class plugging into the 3 Warrior Poses of yoga and working on core strength especially.
3pm – Nutrition Workshop
5.30pm – In-the-Buff Bootcamp
Body weight Exercise and Physical Challenges for strength and endurance
6.30pm – Naked Sauna & Swim
8pm – Dinner
10pm – Breath & Meditation
A session exploring different pranayama (breath) techniques before undertaking meditation exercises.
Friday 8th June

10.30am – Hot Naked Muscle
Resistance Training designed to build huge solid muscle
2pm – Kegel Exercise Workshop
Learn to strengthen your PC Muscle with regular Kegel exercise
3.30pm – Ab Attack
20 minute Abs Class under the Gazebo
5pm – Go with the Flow Yoga
A yoga class that focuses more on finding the fluid transitions between poses, and finding your flow no matter what comes up
6.30pm – Oil Wrestling Competition
8.30pm – Dinner
11pm – Trees and Forest Dwellers
Learn the power of touch and find your most sensitive zones in our erotic touching game
Saturday 9th June

Small groups learning to give and receive different types of massage
5.30pm – Lean and Mean
An exercise class which fuses Cardio and Strength Training for a full body workout

11pm – Saturday Night Out
Party night at the Yumbo Centre
Sunday 10th June
8.30am – Morning Detox with Stefan
A gentle flow to help get the day started and wring out any remnants of the night before
10am – Breakfast
4.30pm – Explore the Dunes

Some final light exercise and stretching before breakfast
