Kegel exercises for men strengthen the pubococcygeus muscle or PC muscle.
A strong PC muscle can help men with bladder control, stronger erections and more powerful orgasms. In this workshop we’ll show you how to locate your PC muscle and strengthen it with simple exercises.
This is a fully naked session. It is not necessary to have an erection to perform Kegel exercises, but if you are hard it is easier to see how the muscle functions and add resistance for more advanced training. Participants will be given time to get hard if you want to. This is entirely optional and it’s absolutely ok if you want to participate without an erection.
Once we have learnt how to engage the PC muscle there’ll be sequences of exercises to follow in various positions.
