This is the Itinerary for our Summer 2022 Fitness and Yoga Retreat in Cornwall. Some sessions are weather dependent and may change.

Friday 24th June

4pm – Arrivals

6pm – Welcome Drinks and Ice Breaker Games

8pm – Dinner

Saturday 25th June

8.30am – Balancing Beach Yoga on Trebarwith Beach

Working on sand is great for engaging with balance.

9am – Champagne Breakfast on Trebarwith Beach

11am – Fitness Testing Workshop

Learn how to assess your fitness with some simple fitness tests

1pm – Lunch

3pm – Circuit Training

An invigorating circuit class using body weight and dumbbells

5pm – Juggling

Juggling is great exercise for hand-eye coordination, so get your balls out and learn the “three ball cascade” 

7pm – Pre Dinner Drinks

8pm – Dinner

Sunday 26th June

8am – Breakfast

9am – Bude Canal and Cliff Walk

A gentle walk along the canal and optional walk up the steep cliff path

1pm – Lunch

2.30pm – HIIT Class (High Intensity Intervals)

An energetic workout for all fitness levels

4pm – Massage Workshop

Relax and unwind learning how to give and receive a gentle Swedish massage

7pm – Pre Dinner Drinks

8pm – Dinner

Monday 27th June

8.30am – Sunrise Yoga

Sun Salutations to energise your day

9am – Breakfast

10am – Cliff Climb to The Strangles (unofficial naturist beach)

A 20 minute walk down to the beach from the cliff path. The last 5 minutes is quite steep!

10.30am – Exercise on the beach 

Body-weight exercises and time to relax on the beach

1pm – Lunch at Boscastle Farm Shop

Not far from The Strangles, the Farm Shop has a great cafe for lunch

4pm – Nutrition Workshop

6pm – Sauna & Hot Tub Cocktails

8pm – Dinner

Tuesday 28th June

8.30am – Tai Chi

Gentle breathing and movement inspired by Tai Chi

9am – Breakfast

10am – Power Walk

Explore the local Cornish Countryside and get some Power Walking exercise along the way

11.30am – “Pump and Burn”

Tone up your muscles and burn some calories in a fun fitness class

1pm – Lunch

2pm – Life Drawing

Either as a model or an artist, learn to appreciate the body in a different way through holding a pose or holding pencil to paper (or both)

6.30pm – Dinner

8.30pm – Sunset at Boscastle

Watch the sun setting into the Atlantic Ocean from the Boscastle Rocks (Sunset at 9.35pm)

Wednesday 29th June

8am – Breakfast

9am – Tintagel Castle and cliff path walk

Explore the castle where history meets legend (admission charge applies)

12.30pm – Lunch at Tintagel

4pm – Boxercise

A stress-busting exercise class including boxing drills and circuits

6.30pm – Pre Dinner Drinks

8pm – Dinner, “A Taste of Cornwall”

Thursday 30th June

8am – Warrior Flow Yoga

Wake up and move energy using a simple sequence to move into the day with fluidity.

9am – Breakfast

11am – NKD Bootcamp

Weights exercise and physical challenges that burn fat and build muscle in our final workout of the week

1pm – Lunch

2pm – Juggling Part Two

Show off your new juggling skills

3pm – Naked Games

Pool and Darts in the Games Room

6.30pm – Cliff path walk at Crackington Haven

7.30pm – Pub Dinner at Crackington Haven

Friday 1st July

7.30am – The Final Stretch

Some final light exercise and stretching before breakfast
